Create an ideal goal and mission of DevRel
We need an ideal goal and mission so that all users can easily understand the world that DevProtocol aims to create. And the mission that Tokura san mentioned yesterday as an example was a fantastic one! 💛

I think it's just too perfect one, however we need to replace the noun sections since Dev Protocol is not limited to OSS, but covers all worthy social activities.
Fyi: The top technology companies have made their missions highly abstract. It allows for communication with a more diverse range of users. 🤝
My suggestion:
Dev Protocol created an environment to reward every creator in their projects, our mission is to make their lives happier by getting incentives for continuous support from the supporters while improving their projects.
I just make it easy so not only OSS developers can understand the context. We can improve the wording if needed, I would like to have feedback. Feedback makes my life easier.
