Plate location
Hello all, As other have said this model is not able to detect all types of plates. Specifically I noticed that the detection improves if the plate is located in the center of the image. Also it works pretty well with the dataset provided by the authors, but it doesn't work at all with different images from another dataset. I don't if there's anything that can be done to improve in these scenarios.
