testing the demo on independent data (0% accuracy), any explanations?

Hey,

So first of all i'm not interested in the recognition but just detection/localizatoin of the plate and i tried images of an independent dataset and demo.py failed badly as its shown in the two samples below. is there any explanation ? shouldn't your trained model be able to detect license plates to a good extent respective of the whats written on the plate ?

I think the distribution of data in Chinese license plate is very different from the foreign‘s.
