Detect common DNSSEC-Setup Mistakes

DNS delegations are something that users do typically not care about. Broken delegations, e.g. by missing DS records, can go unnoticed if non-verifying resolvers are used. As a convenience feature, deSEC should detect and possibly automatically fix broken delegations (where applicable).
