There question here is, if we use markdown to build our pages, how will we get this positioning data into a markdown file .. lots of options ..
I think if we were building the html ourselves amp would allow us enough styling power to do what we want. The problem is that the data for each file...

If we are trying to create amp HTML compliant pages (see issue #33) should this be done during or after the md-html conversion? Our current approach is to use remarkable...
I am not sure what people need as far as customising headers. Obvs not being able to set the title is a problem, I'll make a pull tonight!
