[FEATURE] exo logs warning on missing service name

If I run logs on a service that doesn't exist, I don't get a warning that tells me I just mistyped something. exo logs asdjklsd just appears to hang quietly.

I'd like to be told if I just tried to view logs for something that doesn't exist.

Yeah, that's not ideal. We can definitely improve this. Thanks for the report, will get it in the backlog.
