Feature request: Visual customization and Dual Pane

I am amazed that explorer++ is such light weight and high performant! Thanks to the hard works of you developers! My respect!

Here's a few points of my request to make explorer to be my ideal daily commander:

1. Dark mode
2. Checker/Zebra background
3. Dual Pane
4. ability to customize item height
