Explorer++ not run after choice 'Load default folder' in options.

Version:

  • Explorer++ version: 1.4.0.1616 dev (64-bit build)
  • OS: Windows 10

I'm experiencing the same issue as @Az-Tart. Looking at #427, the behavior is the same but the cause is different.

I cannot reproduce the issue using version 1.50.2604 dev (64-bit build)
