Explorer++ starts unfocused when started with Win+E

Describe the bug Explorer++ starts unfocused when started with Win+E.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure Explorer++ to replace Explorer
2. Close Explorer++
3. Press Win+E

Explorer++ starts and it's not focused.

Expected behavior Explorer++ starts focused.

• Explorer++ version: 1.4.0.2268 dev (64-bit build)
• OS: Windows 11
