Add support of boundary=forest(_compartment)

Some months ago, the boundary=forest and boundary=forest_compartment tags were approved, and boundary=forestry_compartment was deprecated. It would be great to add support of these tags, or at least of the compartment tag, in the OpenTopoMap style. An example of how it could be rendered:

Note that a similar request has been made for the main style.
