About adding localization option / making a plugin for adding different language

HI, really marvelous project here, it must take countless brilliant people to make something like this.

I'm wondering if there is a a way to change the displaying language? or maybe create a plugin to make that happen?

if so, can any one give me some tips or key word to get a start with. any help will be highly appreciated.

And sorry in advance, I don't have any APP experience, and still building the ATAK dev environment. so you're wellcome to treat me like I knows nothing.

I might go with creating a plugin for this instead of translate and remake the whole project. and by a little search, the "language" part seems to have something to do with the "string.xml" file?

HI @bisgroves Yes, I would want to add "traditional chinese" as a display language. As a matter of fact, I think I just saw some one has finished the "strings.xml" translation. Thanks for the reply, still trying to find something that I can help.
