What problem are you trying to solve?

It would be good if you could choose a Deno version you want.

Updates on Deploy don’t ship fast enough, similar to what is pointed there https://github.com/denoland/deploy_feedback/issues/705

It would be possible thanks to the deno.json file, similar to a Dockerfile

Describe alternatives you've considered

Even with limited versions it would be good. Like version 1.x (v1 latest), RC, canary, LTS, 2.x-LTS, 2.y-LTS, 3.x-LTS, etc…
