Branch expansion issue

I don't think there is a solution right now, but if there is i would like to know.

Is it possible to disable the on select when clicking the expand/collapse (+/-) button? I want to perform an action only when they select the actual text but not the (+ or -). There should be a way

Also, is it possible to change the +/- to right-facing arrow and down-facing arrow?

Two questions here and I reopened this issue because I think both are great ideas. In three days, at most, it will be implemented. Thanks
