Upgrade to hugo v0.18

There are some breaking changes in the newest Hugo release. The way that pages are handled/classified has changed and when I did a quick upgrade on my local machine, I found that a lot of the categorization logic that hasper uses was broken.

  • [ ] identify all areas that are broken using the newest release
  • [ ] fix them ;)
