How to do the Hardware Configuration Validation by the racadm or redfish API ?

We are working on the IDRAC upgrade from 5.10.10.00 to 7.20.10.50. But we get some errors like the following in the system dashboard and events.

The System Configuration Check operation resulted in the following issue: Comm Error: Backplane 1.

Due to the above error message the server is in CRITICAL state.

Dell support recommended the below solution. It requires server reboot. Can we do this without hardware reboot ? If yes, Can you share us the procedure ? ( We need to do this for more than 100 nodes )

Sorry for the late response, on one server in failed state can you perform a cold reboot using any iDRAC interface (GUI, RACADM or Redfish) and confirm if it resolves the issue and server now completes POST.
