Email From and To are not set in the internal storage after creation

Describe the bug The fields From and To on email entities are not stored upon creation in XrmMockup

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an email with populated From and To
  2. Retrieve the same email again. The fields are not present in the retrieved record
