Entity image attributes

Hi,

Thank you for this great tool! I'm trying it out for the first time, so I run into some questions. The generated type definitions for my entities contain the entityimageid attribute, but how do I retrieve / generate the special entityimage (containing the image as base64 encoded string) and entityimage_url (the url of the image) attributes?

I think a general description of each of the valid field types is in place. Documentation should be updated.
