Update exit codes

• 0: All tests pass
• 1-100: Number of failing tests up to 100. We stop counting at that point b/c it'll arbitrarily stop at 255 anyway and then circle around to 0.
• 101: Failure in the setup or running of the test suite itself (e.g. an exception occurred that lead to 0 testcases running)
