[WIP] Add fix cboamd for cavity Born-Oppenheimer MD

This PR implements the MD framework to study vibrational strong coupling based on the cavity Born-Oppenheimer approximation. It adds a new fix style fix cboamd for DeePMD-kit's LAMMPS interface.
