Is it possible to add a dfSteadyFoam example? Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your interest. We are testing the compatibility of different combustion models in the dfSteadyFoam solver in these two weeks. For example, a test case of dfSteadyFoam using flareFGM model will be updated once the issue #568 is solved.
