Gorm Interface with Scanner/Valuer functions

It would be nice if simple type aliases e.g. enums would implement The Gorm Scanner/Valuer Interface.

Since Gorm is with 30k Stars on GitHub (https://github.com/go-gorm/gorm) is quite frequently used in combination with oapi-codegen.
