Setup project to make use of Docker.

• Add Dockerfile;
• Update README to provide Docker instructions;
• Pin dependencies so the project can build.

I had a bit of trouble trying to get this to build and install on my machine, so I set it up to work with Docker.

Thanks for creating the project btw! It's coming in handy for a project.
