[FEAT] Access monitoring through code/API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to use the monitoring functionality but no through the dashboard. I have no facility to host the dashboard but I am interesting in the automatic alerting and tracking of metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally I'd like to know how I can access the functionality that's underlying the dashboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative for me would be to either dig into the code and extract the functionality. Or use the deepchecks testing functionality but that doesn't provide the monitor/alerting stuff.

What would you recommend I do?
