Publish a first release
#35 converged on the process to make the project releasable, and #59 implemented most of it.
The one remaining step was to have the Package Index "decred" name reassigned to us, and that happened one month ago. Alas, the empty 0.1 release from the previous owner is still there.
(By the way, the Package Index "tinywallet" name is still available, we better take it before someone else does.)
We probably want to publish a first 0.x release to complete the process and get the party started. Hopefully we don't need to wait much more: FLOSS projects are a work in progress (at least the still maintained ones), and absence of API stability is the purpose of the 0.x version anyway.
@buck54321, please let me know what I can do to help with this, and feel free to offload to me any related admin tasks you'd rather not deal with.
I think you're right that we should get something up there. I've practiced with testpypi a little. I'm on it. I'll coordinate with you on matrix as needed, @teknico.
Awesome! Maybe copy the README file there as the description, so that it doesn't look empty?
