2 pop windows for order match links

On the order details page, when I click on the links to the dcr and btc matches, it opens up 2 pop up windows for each match external link instead of just 1 pop up window. I'm using Chrome (Version 136.0.7103.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)).

When I can on one of these links in the order details page,
