Show field data and resize width for large screens
txid information is being hidden when screen space is available

Can note that other artifacts occur such as ineffective wrapping at smaller screen widths, and sudden choppy jumps when resizing in middle widths.
Resizing the window does cause some surprisingly jumpy behavior.
The tx hash still being hidden when the screen is maximized is just because the max width of the I/O tables is limited. We saw the entire hash before because it wrapped and used multiple lines. That was only useful for selecting the hash, but since you can select the middle-elided hash, I don't think this is much of an issue.
I was a proponent of displaying the entire address, but the hex tx ids don't have as much use to a human.
Can we recheck the behavior on say https://alpha.dcrdata.org/tx/d9d7e708ed730bb697ce2734b43d5b9964f2bd658368c28e608a561e699f106e
I think we are doing everything right here, but if there are specific improvements to be made we should detail them again.
I believe the solution is to utilize more of the screen width when available. Here is an example of how https://www.livecoinwatch.com/ does it. See fullscreen toggle at the top.
Interesting suggestion. For reference, here's the toggle on that page:

Toggle could be nice, but seems it it also just possible to detect the screen width and expand any hidden fields to take more width if there is more available space. This would utilize available space while also not adding lots of unneeded empty space to the table fields.
