WebStorm console, Windows Command Prompt do not support 256 colors

Just upgraded from 2.6.8 to 4.1.1. I'm on Windows. The 256 colors do not work well in some environments - for example, Windows Command Prompt and the WebStorm debug console. I just get white (or maybe it's light gray) for everything. The colors do work in cmder shell, but that's not enough. Is there a way to tell 4.1.1 to just use the 16 colors that the older version used? Or do I just need to stick with the old version?

Super sorry for missing this, I know it's almost a year later. Not sure how I haven't seen it until now.

The old 16 colors should work fine. If you're still facing this, perhaps some more information would help?
