Filtering dimensions with not equal operator

Hi, Thank you for such a great interface to Google Analytics API. I have some complex queries and curious is it possible to filter dimensions or metrics with "not equal" != operator?

As an example, I want to get Bounce rates for all traffic except Organic and Referral medium.
