PF2e 2.20.1 - Token Name Visibility and Combat Carousel

PF2e 2.20 added a GM-set metagame setting to hide the names of NPCs in combat based on their token nameplate visibility. The flag for setting in PF2e is metagame.tokenSetsNameVisibility

As shown in my screenclip above, none of the Ghouls' names are visible on the combat tracker popout, but when hovered over on the carousel, the name still displays.

Hi, i would like to have this feature for DnD 5e too, or at least the possibility to hide non player names on the carousel

Combat Carousel won't provide name hiding outside what is available natively in the Combat Tracker (eg. manually editing the name). If you need name hiding in dnd5e you can check out Combat Utility Belt.

If in the future the 5e system applies some name hiding natively, I will look to support that.
