Top Gear Overdrive Fails to enter main menu

Using 1964 1.1, and 1964audio, Top Gear Overdrive will not enter its main menu. The sound will attempt to fade out(?) and get stuck before the menu appears.

This game worked in 1964video 1.0.0 (from 1964 1.1)
