Add typescript

1- I rewrote the index.js file with typescript in the src folder. 2- I changed the plugin path in the tests/base.js file. 3- I modify the path of the main file in the json file.

Sorry for the delay on this, for some reasons I don't get notifications for my own repo???? Anyway... this now conflicts with another change, so can you resolve and I can merge :)
