USB networking is broken

USB networking works after loading g_nokia kernel module and then bouncing the interface however the usb0 device is not coming up automatically at boot time.

Reopening as the USB network interface still does not come up automatically on boot.

Networking service configures usb0 but ConnMan deconfigures it on boot.
