Update koding example for DC/OS 1.9

The basic text, screenshots and clarity updates have been completed, but this doesn't work. There are two issues:

Once it's running, I can't access the Koding UI (gives 503 error).

If the service is restarted for any reason, it can't resume service, ends up in a failure loop.

I'm having trouble installing and am getting the following error:
