As you mentioned in https://github.com/mesosphere/universe/pull/1229, @haocao if there are additional instructions needed for install

mesos.master is just a variable, you should replace it with a real Zookeeper server ip address and port , such as 192.168.1.1:2181.

Please clarify the instruction in the example document
