Make this crate compatible with the up-coming tracing 0.2

tracing master branch is the preparation for version 0.2. Although it has been a work in progress for quite a while, all devs happens there and it is common to use the master version of tracing.

The purpose of this issue is to get tracing-test ready for 0.2.
