I think we have a flaky test here: ``` 1) Teams oauth v2 oauth includes optional parameter Failure/Error: expect(SlackRubyBotServer::Service.instance).to receive(:create!).with(instance_of(Team), { state: 'property' }) (#[], "created"=>[], "starting"=>[], "started"=>[]}, @intervals={}>).create!(an_instance_of(Team), {:state=>"property"})...

[Catch All Triage - Attendees [1](https://github.com/dblock/), [2](https://github.com/krisfreedain), [3](https://github.com/andrross), [4](https://github.com/gkamat)] Looks like a bug, thanks for opening.

AFAIK not directly. The tracker stores data in [a collection](https://github.com/mongoid/mongoid-history/blob/f01173b38f563d1151cf46dcd701878d0358dd3c/lib/mongoid/history/tracker.rb), so you should be able to create an index on top of it that makes it a [capped collection](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/core/capped-collections/), but...

Should it be importing from the lib? Is this something we can/need to change in the library? If you know how, please PR?

Moving this to the devops repo. I recommend asking on the [public slack](https://opensearch.org/slack.html) first.
