I dont think proj input is to be kept. We added proj as output not sure why we need it as input if we enforce the coordinate to be gdal...

Do you have the mean residual? Also does this bias between GACOS and RAIDER disappear for differential delays?

@sssangha I had a brief look into differences with the `Baseline.py` an the topsApp `runComputeBaseline.py`. Equations are the same, with a minor difference on how target on ground is calculated...
