Memory leak while keeping connection

I was connecting to my DB server and forgot to exit. After a long night, the Python process consumed 300GB memory(although it's virtual memory) :(

What's the resident memory did it take? I think the virtual memory didn't tell anything.

@laixintao actually it took all of my resident memory. it's on macOS

That's wired, do you still have the process? Can you try to perf the memory usage? Can this problem be reproduced?
