docs: Broken Confluence links

The page https://db-ui.github.io/core/?p=pages-intro still contains the following two links not pointing to correct URLs anymore:

• Confluence / Base Wiki - "Technische Umsetzung des Enterprise UI Design Systems" (german, only available internally)
• Confluence - Web UI Component Library (only available internally)

Those should get corrected.
