Removed Headline Element (set by default)

I'm not sure whether this is something we'd really like to do. Most of the other declarations we're providing are kind of scope to elements and components, and that for won't necessarily affect patterns outside of our scope. If we now break with this aspect (which we discussed some time ago already, and it might even make sense to enhance this to further basic HTML elements as well), than we would further need to think this through and probably even also e.g. provide a "scoped" vs. a more global declarations related version of DB UI. Plus that we still need to think about the headline element that we might want to keep for DB UI Elements.
