Contract write functions

Hey @mkeresty thanks for the request. We're making tons of progress lately but the project scope currently does not include write functions.

I know this is a big feature missing because we have this need as-well where we're using essential-eth over at Bankless. I'll leave this task open to consider after the immediate roadmap items!

Expect project progress! I'm putting on one or more part-time devs to the project as of this week 🙌
