Respect `search.exclude`

Hi, this extension has its own config relativePath.ignore, do you think it would possible to add some option to respect the built-in search.exclude so that I don't need to duplicate the list? Following search.exclude would be perfectly fine in my case. Thanks.

Would like to have a config like relativePath.useBuiltInExcludes: "file and search excludes", letting user choose ignoring both or either.

I believe this is fixed via https://github.com/dawsbot/RelativePath/pull/45

Please re-open if I am mistaken
