Data-driven track types

It would be fun to see track types/pieces loaded at runtime, allowing for custom track pieces (which would be great alongside multi-cell tracks)! You could also split out track definition from drawing, allowing for either vector based tracks (line from 0,0.5 to 1,0.5), or images to be loaded.
