How is this installed? File doesn't exist here.

Sorry about that...Be advised that this is work in progress at the moment. The current status is that the code is about done, the tests are pretty far along, the doc is started, and there was no setup. Anyway, I have put a basic setup.py in there now. Let me know if you have other questions.
