Question: How to keep text in the same row on different viewports?

I am currently researching the topic of fluid typography. My goal is to keep text on the same row on different viewports (where it's possible). For example, from 1024 to 1920px the text should be on the same rows.

Is it possible to achieve this with this plugin or idea of the plugin is another?
