Step delay control

I am working with Micropolis drives with a very very slow step time (30ms track to track, 10ms settle). It would be nice if I could control that. As it stands, I seem to have issues with seeks.

It also has a slow motor startup (1s)

Wow, that's a lot. I picked very pessimistic values for the times but clearly these need to be under software control. I'll work on it.
