I do like how the colored boxes increase readability, but personally I believe it ends up making the website look tacky, idk if a less bright shade would look better,...
Seems to be, the project hasn't been updated in months and the instances don't work anymore

I was about to submit this issue too, this makes scrolling through the video outside of fullscreen a hassle
