Add IPv6 Support

I split IPv4 and IPv6 calculations into different JS files to make them easier to understand.

IDE decided to format HTML code and I left it as-is.

Regenerated images.

Were the changes to the gif files intentional?

I changed the script to generate them up to /128 instead of /32. The new images that were generated for /0 to /32 appear to me to be visually exactly the same, but half the size, so I don't know what actually changed about them.
