local compilation of the plugin fails, no bintray_user given

When trying to list the available gradle tasks, gradle fails because the bintray_user is not available. See attached log file bintray_user.txt.

FYI, work on this plugin will moved to https://github.com/davidB/gradle-appbundler-plugin (I didn't push yet)
