How can I start the dockerfile?

When I start the dockerfile, I get the error:

Unable to find image 'gdl-image:latest' locally docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for gdl-image, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied.
